Grads2Careers helps Baltimore City Schools graduates connect with FREE job training and find employment. We offer training programs leading to career paths in a wide variety of fields, including healthcare, information technology, construction, and many others.

STEP 1: SUBMIT AN APPLICATION!

Submit an Application.  Click this APPLICATION link to start our quick and easy online application; please be sure to let us know how you heard about the program, as well as which training options look the most interesting to you.

STEP 2: CONNECT WITH OUR PARTICIPANT SUPPORT COORDINATOR.

After you apply, you will be directed to a confirmation page. The page will include the name, email, and phone number of our Participant Support Coordinator, Ms. Twila. Please call, text, or email Twila so that you can learn more about the available training programs and pick the option that’s best for you. For those who do not initiate communication, Twila will reach out promptly.

STEP 3: SIGN UP FOR A TESTING SESSION!

All applicants must complete an entrance test. The test is a math and reading assessment that will determine your preparedness. Each program has its own qualification requirements.

If you are interested in job training and employment after graduation through Grads2Careers, you must fit ALL of the following descriptions below:

A Baltimore City graduate between the ages of 17 –21 who graduated from Baltimore City Public Schools OR received their GED/Maryland High School Diploma and reside in Baltimore City

An individual who is not currently enrolled full-time in college
